Our firm has always welcomed innovation and is keen to find new responses to the specific needs of our clients.
For this very reason, we have set up a working group dedicated to the protection of personal data in order to guarantee our clients all the legal support they might need when adapting to the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) n° 2016/679 (known as the “GDPR”).
In fact, the GDPR has been – and still is – a great opportunity for Italian business to define and implement all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the safe handling and security of all the data they process (and not just personal data, but also and especially corporate data).
