Our firm has decided to adopt a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
This decision is due to our desire to optimise our organisational and professional management, with clearly defined medium and long-term strategies. We have chosen to work according to a logic of continuous improvement and are convinced that this approach will allow us to make the most of our potential, as well as increasing client satisfaction.
We have followed the approach suggested by the standard to implement our Quality Management System. This method introduces an important tool for management: objective and unequivocal goals are required for each activity or process, with well defined responsibilities, measurable results and clear relationships between all those involved.
The various processes are monitored by means of the controls provided in the relevant Operating Procedures, as well as by verifying the achievement of the objective and goals set for each process.
Our QMS was certified by Certification Srl in 2019.
