The IT systems and the software procedures used for the operation of this website obtain, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected so that it may be associated to identified users, but it may, by its very nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.

The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the website, shall result in the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, and of all the personal data included in the message and entered in the registration fields.

Legal basis and purpose of the processing of the data
The legal basis of the processing of navigation data is to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller with regard to the management of the site. Such data may, therefore, be processed in order to:

- protect the security of the website (firewall, detection of viruses, anti-spam filters) and of the users;

Consequences of the non-provision of data by the user

Navigation data will be stored, in conformity to the provisions of the current applicable rules and regulations, for a period of time that does not exceed the period necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which the data is processed.
Data supplied willingly by the user shall be used for a period of time not exceeding one year.
Place of storage of the data
The processing associated with the aforementioned purposes shall be performed at the registered office of Picchi, Angelini & Associati, inside the European Union.
Rights of the data subjects
The user concerned by the personal data shall have the right to request and obtain, at any time, by the Data Controller, access (art. 15 of the EU Reg.), rectification (art. 16 of the EU Reg.) and erasure of (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) (art. 17 of the EU Reg.) his/her personal data. The user shall also have the right of restriction of the processing of the personal data (art. 18 of the EU Reg.), the right to the portability of data (art. 20 of the EU Reg.), as well as the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data (art. 21 of the EU Reg.).
In any case, the user shall have the right to submit a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, as set out in art. 77 of the EU Reg., or the right to an effective judicial remedy pursuant to art. 79 of the EU Reg. if he/she believes that the processing of the personal data that concern him/her was performed in violation of the provisions of the EU Reg.

What are they?
Cookies are small text files containing information about a user’s activity on a website.
