Founder and Managing Partner, she has solid experience in the areas of commercial, intellectual property and competition, corporate, European Community legislation, and international trade law.
She has overseen numerous internationalisation operations for Italian enterprises throughout the world. She has played an active role in structuring and negotiating complex international transactions, including the drafting of the necessary contractual agreements.
When it comes to product safety and manufacturer’s liability, she has been involved in various product recalls and withdrawals on an international level, providing her legal expertise to clients and dealing with the competent authorities.
She coordinates and heads the division that deals with the implementation of Organisation and Management Models (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 – Criminal liability of legal entities). As part of her activities in this field, for the past decade or so she has chaired the Supervisory Bodies of various companies, whether publicly listed or otherwise.
For many years now she has sat on the Boards of Directors of several major publicly listed companies as an independent director.

She continues to have a keen interest in the topics of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Division, he is mainly involved in civil litigation, transactional matters, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution commercial, corporate, employment and labour, bankruptcy, banking, and financing law.
With previous experience in top management, he has also substantial experience in reading and analysing financial statements and assessing company worth.
He is regularly involved in arbitration proceedings, acting as a party’s nominated arbitrator or as a member of an arbitration tribunal.

Member of the Business Consulting Division, she is an expert in commercial (national, international, and comparative), and community law.

She has acquired a deep knowledge in the field of international business negotiations with Italian and foreign clients, drafting the relative contracts.

She possesses substantial experience in distribution matters (agency contracts, sales licences, franchising) and in negotiations and drafting the relative agreements.

Her skills cover also labour law, cooperating with the Litigation and Arbitration Division.

She coordinates and directs the team responsible for the data protection and support clients in adapting to the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

She mainly works in the Internationalization team of the Business Consulting Division. She has acquired deep experience in international commercial law and company law, frequently assists Italian companies in establishing and developing their presence worldwide.

She is also a member of the division that deals with the implementation of Organisation and Management Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, with special responsibility for compliance in the field of safety management and organisation.

She has acquired a deep knowledge in the legal aspects of sales, purchasing, supply, industrial subcontracting and licensing (and in the negotiation and drafting of the relative contracts), as well as in the matter of manufacturer’s liability for damage caused by a defective product (and related insurance problems).
