Training

The ability to identify the legal risks linked to the performance of each activity and function is extremely important for any business and is especially required of those who hold positions of responsibility within a company. This ability not only reduces the incidence of unwittingly counterproductive behaviour, but also makes risk analysis possible (assessing potential risks, measuring the foreseeable economic consequences, etc.), which in turn allows for informed management decisions.
Training activities must be aimed at building the necessary skills. Training courses must, of course, be tailored to suit the company function involved, and cover all relevant aspects with the right level of detail and provide plenty of practical examples.
